Ownership allows for Home Resort reservations at Casa Dorada at Medano Beach and 4 other Los Cabos resorts.
Up to 3 home weeks may be reserved each year. Although memberships in Globe Quest can differ.Annual maintenance fees are only incurred only for units booked in a given year. if you skip a year, no maintenance fees are due. Otherwise only a $165 annual GlobeQuest Travel Club fee is required.
12-14 month advance booking rights at home resorts, no blackouts
All benefits transfer to a new owner; one time transfer form & $500 fee required by GBS
Owner may rent the unit(s), or gift to a friend of family member (guest fee $50)
Maintenance fees vary (depending on the size of unit booked, and the home resort).
