Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas 1 is located on the grounds of the Desert Springs Resort &Spa. Here you can relax at one of their many pools, challenge yourself to one of the two 18-hole golf course, or hike in the Indian Canyons or in nearby Joshua Tree National Park. Close by you will find shops, restaurants, galleries, museums. But most of all be sure to relax and simply enjoy the beauty and sunshine of the desert.

All villas are 1650 sq feet two bedroom lockouts which can be split into two units for use or trade through Interval International. The main difference between Villas1 and Villas 2 is that Villas 1 has an extra 250 feet and free use of the Spa facilities. Also there is a king size bed and a pull out sofa i n the guest suite or smaller side of the lockout. In Villas 2 there are two double beds.

Red Season includes weeks 1-21 and 50-52

White Season includes Weeks 22-27

Blue Season includes Weeks 28-35
