Marriott's Newport Coast Villas is situated on a majestic bluff overlooking Laguna Beach and the Pacific Ocean. There is a beautiful beach with tidepools below in addition to a great breakfast restaurant on the beach, Amenities include five outdoor pools, tennis, golf, fitness center with a sauna and a steam room, five outdoor whirlpool hot tubs, walking and awesome biking trails, barbecue areas, restaurant, convenience store and more. Each villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious marble bathrooms and most have ocean views.
On-site Spa Pacifica offers a variety of treatments by appointment
This resort is just a short drive to Balboa Island, Disneyland, and is only a hours dive to all the attractions in and around the San Diego and Los Angeles area.
The resort is located only 15 minutes from the John Wayne airport.

There are two seasons at the Newport Coast Villas
Platinum Season includes weeks 22-51 excluding the 4th of July week which is sold as a fixed week.
Gold Season includes Weeks 1-21.Annual And Bi Annual weeks are available for purchase.
